2025

Acquisition of Delta Wines, the market-leading Dutch wine importer, expands the Group’s B2B segment in Europe. The uplisting to Nasdaq Stockholm’s Main Market was finalised.

2022

Acquisition of Vinklubben, one of Sweden’s largest wine clubs, with over 1.6 million members (2022).

2021

Growth in the e-commerce segment is accelerated through the acquisition of the German company Vicampo.

2020

Acquisition of Tryffelsvinet, a premium-focused wine importer.

2019

The Group expands into the e-commerce segment through the acquisition of German Wine in Black.

2018

The Group becomes a member of amfori BSCI, an international initiative ensuring good working conditions in cultivation and production.

2015

Nordic expansion occurs through the founding of Iconic Wines and the acquisition of the Finnish company Cisa and the Norwegian import group Norwegian Beverage Group.

2014

The Group becomes the market-leading supplier of wine on the Swedish market.

2012

The company expands its Swedish presence by acquiring Chris-Wine Sweden and founding Winemarket Nordic, which today constitutes Morningstar Brands.

2009

Wine Team is established as a new operating company, marking an important step towards the Group’s current structure.

2004

The Group’s Ecologica brand becomes the first organic wine brand in Sweden.

1982

Giertz Vinimport begins operations as an agent for wine producers.
